  2. COMP-3 : IT IS STORED IN THE LAST NIBBLE
  3. DISPLAY : THE SIGN OF THE FIELD IS USUALLY CARRIED IN THE RIGHTMOST BYTE ALONG WITH THE RIGHTMOST DIGIT OF THE FIELD.
