Some of the tools that are used store the archived job outputs/reports for a specific period of time are SAR, CA DISPATCH. When you have a JOB abend and if the job has moved to CA Dispatch, it makes our life difficult to traverse to the page where we have the issue. Or to see some statistics from the job output. Below commands from the CA Dispatch guide will make your life a bit easier.
SC – To scroll based on cursor
G nnn - Display the page number (nnn). If nnn is omitted, you will access the first page.
Scr - Specifies the type of default scrolling you set. To be used with UP or DOWN commands (or PF 7 and PF 8). HALF PAGE (SH), FULL PAGE (SP), or scroll based on cursor position (SC).
FR - Use the FR command to freeze a particular line and all preceding lines. Freezing holds the lines on screen so that when you scroll up or down the lines remain in position.
